#2968 - Cap drawing field / photo fields in Meeting module

Closed General Question created by Alex 7 years ago

Hi there,

I have followed your templates which are self explainatory for 90% of the fields.

I have uploaded Cap Drawing which is a module that allows to draw on the fly and create a png file. I would need to be able to retrieve pictures from this field. And I cannot get it to work. I have used the opportunity Opportunities_Notes_and_Documents_Images. I can get to retrieve picture from Notes & Documents but not from the Signature/drawing module. Same thing for a photo field defined from meeting. Impossible to make it work.

How can I proceed to retrieve picture from Signature/drawing field created in Meetings module ?

Thanks for your quick help,

Kind Regards, Alex

    Hi Alex,

We can not help you with that subject, sorry. We don't kown about the Cap Drawing module. It seems you will need to have a calculated variable (i.e. 'cf_image_file_path') with the path of the image in the disk, as it is necessary for Notes or Documents modules.

    Hi Alex,

Please, could you try two things:

    1. Tell us what it is the exactly value of your variable [a.photo_c] , for this, please write that variable in your template for showing the value ....
    2. Try to change your definition by [a.photo_c;ope=changepic;default=current;adjust=samewidth]

    Regards,

Anabel Pdt. We are answering you as soon as posible....

    Hi Anabel,

    1. Values is 001.JPG

    2. Script is as follow... [a;block=w:body] Meetings

    Subject Image [a.photo_c;ope=changepic; default=current;adjust=samewidth]

    It doesn't work either ....

    Hi Alex,

Your variable [a.photo_c] has only the name of a file (001.JPG), you need a variable with the complete path to the file. I mean, you need to have a calculated variable (i.e. 'cf_image_file_path') with the path of the image in the disk, as it is necessary for Notes or Documents modules.

You can find some examples in the file /custom/modules/Opportunities/DHA_DocumentTemplatesCalculatedFields.php and into the MMR documentation.

    Regards,

    Anabel

    Hi Alex,

Could you tell us more information about the bug you found using Meeting module? Could you send us the template you are using? could you send us a screenshot of the error?

    Regards,
