    Hi Adrian,

there is no scheduler job that needs to be enabled. Once you click the button for recalculation, we leverage Sugar Jobs to recalculate records. This get's executed together when other scheduler jobs are run. If your Sugar is configured to run scheduler jobs this will just work.

    Kind Regards!

    Hi,

sugar scheduler is running and working fine but no lead is updated so far with score.

Moreover, we setup lead scoring but we get "Error Multiple configurations for the module are retrieved. Please contact technical support".

pls see screenshot enter image description here

      Hi Adrian,

      i can't see image attached.

Can you please uninstall the module and select option to remove tables when uninstalling and then install the module again.

Once you configure the scoring section and save settings, reload the settings page, wait for all the settings to load and than click the button to update score on all the leads.

Once that has been done, please send me last 30 records that you have in job_queue table, ordered by date_entered DESC (descending).

Please provide me information about your Sugar installation as well.

What version you have, what flavor it is and is this on-demand or on-premise hosted Sugar.

Looking forward to your response and resolution to this ticket.

    Hi Adrian,

after thorough investigation based on your feedback we have identified a case when multiple configurations can be created which would in turn cause issue with calculations.

We will have new version release with updated package out today.

I will notify you when it has been published so you can download.

    Thanks!

    Hi Adrian,

new version of module 1.0.1 has been published that addresses the issue you are having.

Please download new version and let us know if you experience any other issues.

I would advise that updating is performed by uninstalling the old version with "remove tables" option checked, so you completely start fresh with new installation.
