#3881 - Activation of new user fails - cannot connect to Implicit server

HI,

Today I added a new user and increased the license count, but it will not activate due to 'connection issue'. A button opens the browser but hits an SSL certificate error on your server. This probably explains why it will not activate.

I expect your SSL certificate expired.
