I'm reading the Single-Instance installation guide and it says I need this to proceed. However, I don't know what this is and web searches point me to generic mail apps, not this software specifically.

How do I install this?

    Hi Joel,

    If you have Office 365 account you should be able to access Web version of Outlook via this link https://outlook.office365.com/mail/

      Indeed, when I use that link and click on the Settings wheel, this is what I see: Sugar Integration.png

      Hello Max,

      The page you linked me to helped me install the plug-in except for one thing; I have the plug-in loaded in my Mail-App settings, but, I'm not able to sync Grin Mark to my mailbox. Here's where I get stuck. The CRM authorization and the license key work fine. I'm just not able to log into the EWS.

    Such thing happens if you have aliases for the mailbox. Do you have any other email addresses associated with this mailbox? Better send reply to support@grinmark.com because this case is public.
