#4254 - Outlook 365 Sugar Integratoin - Connection Failed error

Good day, I'm having trouble connecting the Sugar addin. I've configured the key and test it correctly, then when I try to test the connection to Sugar I get the following error:

Connection Failed SugarInfo::Connect. AddIn version: GM.B.Sugar.Soap.SugarWrapperImplSoap:5.1.1.0 Connecting to https://<dir to CRM>/ as <USERNAME> Error initializing connection: Unable to connect to the remote server

On server access log it shows: <IP> - - [14/Oct/2019:14:40:22 +1100] "POST /soap.php HTTP/1.1" 200 1627 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; MS Web Services Client Protocol 2.0.50727.9043)" <IP> - - [14/Oct/2019:14:40:22 +1100] "GET /GrinMarkLicense.xml HTTP/1.1" 404 555 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; MS Web Services Client Protocol 2.0.50727.9043)" <IP> - - [14/Oct/2019:14:40:23 +1100] "GET /custom/GrinMarkLicense.xml HTTP/1.1" 404 571 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; MS Web Services Client Protocol 2.0.50727.9043)" <IP> - - [14/Oct/2019:14:40:24 +1100] "POST /soap.php HTTP/1.1" 200 1115 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; MS Web Services Client Protocol 2.0.50727.9043)"

Also tested from the outlook web and got the same error message.

I've checked the access to **https://<dir to CRM>/service/v4_1/rest.php ** and got a correct answer from server.

Sugar version is Version 6.5.26 (Build 378)

    Could you send (to support@grinmark.com) the Exchange email address you used to configure the plugin? We'll use it to find relevant logs and check them.
