#3498 - RT Sales Map - Config Page not Appearing

Hi Support. So we've installed the plugin to our ondemand instance, loaded it via module loader, then did a repair, but when we're opening the License page from the Admin module, it just shows a blank page. Here's the URL: https://crestline.sugarondemand.com/#rt_maps/layout/license Any chance you can help us? We're providing login details below. Regards, Roniel

    Hi Roniel,

    We looked in to your Sugar instance and it seems you are using an older version of our plugin that is not compatible with Sugar 7.10. Your version shows 3.0.2 and we have currently released 4.5 for Sugar 7.7 to 7.10. You can get the latest package from SugarOutfitters. Also it is recommended you take a backup before installing new version to be on the safe side because there are other packages installed on your instance that might have conflict with our plugin.
