#3281 - Non Geo Coded Accounts
Hi, I installed the trial version and Non Geo Coded Accounts = Accounts. I have 3098 Accounts and it shows Non Geo Coded Accounts: 3098. There are no markers on the map as well.

HI Pranav,
Apologies for the delayed response. Please check your schedulers and make sure that they are working fine. If your instance's cron job is not set then the schedulers won't work leading to non-geo coded accounts.
In case your schedulers are working fine and still there is no geo-coding, then please share your Sugar login details with us at support@rolustech.com so that one of our support engineers can take a look.

Thanks. I got it working. The problem was that php5-curl was missing. Please add that in the documents that php5-curl is a must for the plugin for the cron jobs to run.
