#2015 - The system does not pull address information
Dear sir,
I have on trail of the software. I have installed as your installation guide instruct.
The system does not pull address information of the system. Nothing happen when I click load map.
Please let us know what might be the cause of the problem.

Hi,
Please make sure that you have created the 'Generate Longitude and Latitude Scheduler' and it is active, as mentioned in the Installation Guide. If it's fine then click on your Sales map module, scroll down, and take a screenshot of the panel showing how many total contacts, accounts, leads you have and how many of them are geocoded. Also, take a screenshot of the filters that you have applied on your SalesMap. These are visible on top of the map when you click on the SalesMap Module. Share with us these screenshots at the below mentioned Email ID so that we can see what the issue is and help you accordingly.
