Hi there,

My Sales Map has now installed correctly following an licenses validating problem but I am following the Sugar 7 user guide and I am not getting results.

I am having trouble getting accounts to show on my map. It sometimes shows them, but most times the map is blank. Our accounts have been geocoded so I am not sure why it does this.

Also, I have a general question, when the accounts do show how does the interface represent two markers at the same address?

    Please let us know the scenario in which you are observing issue of blank map and representation of two markers at the same address.

    You can give an evidence in form of screen shots and it would be easy for us to investigate the root cause

      The search function was showing good results this morning but now the map won't load at all. I am finding its functionality and results inconsistent.

      I will gather a selection of screen shot and send them to you.

    However currently I can not even get the map to load. The map appears greyed out with the tag loading on it.

    This shows your map successfully.

    Also another screenshot shows your Accounts filtered, although it takes 30 Seconds to load map because there are thousands of records exists on Map so its takes few seconds to load map.

    One thing more: To load map with records, this is necessary to complete your search criteria as mentioned in above screenshots

    1- For example select your option Lead/Accounts/Contacts 2- Then choose required field on which You want to apply any search For Example First Name 3- Now fill other search fields and then click on Load Map.

    P.S: To load map with your created filter, this is mandatory to fill all fields of selected filter. In future We are going to apply mandatory check on these fields and error message will appear if created filter is empty.
