    Thanks for contacting us. Kindly let me know what version of SugarCRM is in your use. I have reviewed your log and looks like you are trying to install different version of package on different version of SugarCRM. Kindly try to download correct package that is suitable for your SugarCRM.

      Hi thanks for looking at this problem. package is Sugar_6plus_GSync_onsite_v1.8.2.zip and Sugar CRM version is Version 6.5.17 (Build 1220) so not sure what I should be doing differently. Using Sugar_7plus_GSync_v2.1.1.zip gives the same failure

      should add that Sugar_6plus_GSync_onsite_v1.8.2.zip also fails with the same error. thanks
