#580 - Questions about your program
We are having some strange behavior, that may in fact be normal. However we are wondering if we can turn these things off. The first annoying thing is: if we have both our Gmaill open and we open the sugarcrm email, all of our Gmail shows as read, even when it is not read. The other problem or annoyance is if we put something in our Gmail calendar we get a notification that we added this to our calendar from GSync. We know we added this to our calendar, we do not need an email notification telling us we created this. Please let me know if there are settings that we can change? Thanks, Tracy

Hi Tracy,
The behaviors you mentioned above are not due to our program. We are unable to reproduce them on our machines. It would be great if we can schedule a screen sharing session where we can examine these scenarios in order to give you better suggestions.
