I am running SuiteCRM Version 7.1.1 (Sugar Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082)) and Gmail and Goolgle Sync 1.8.1 for onSite I am unable to get any calendar sync to work, is this a known issue when using SuiteCRM? I have activated document sync and this does work.

    Yes, Compatibility with SuiteCRM is not tested yet. Soon we are going to do this and we will let you know.

    Has this been tested? We use SuiteCRM and this appears to be our best option.

    Hi TJP,

    We have upgraded our GSync Version for SugarCRM 6 and 7 instances (On demand & Onsite)

    For SuiteCRM, this one is not fully compatible.

    I am also getting the same issue of SuiteCRM Version 7.1.1 as well as getting the error code 0x80004005 in my system. I also try on windows error code 0x80004005 for the help purpose but did not get any response.

      @aricamartin, Hi, we have removed our SuiteCRM package of RT GSync from SugarOutfitters and made it available on the SuiteStore. You can find it here:

      Also please note that the latest version of RT GSync is backward tested only till SuiteCRM version 7.8. You can still download the package and try to run it on your SuiteCRM. If you face any issues you can directly email us at for help.
