#3830 - Licensed Users Number Missing & Error in Logs
I just recently installed RT Sync on SugarCRM 8.0.1 (viewing on Chrome 68 on MacOS High Sierra) and I don't see a number next to "Licensed Users."
Not sure if this is a big deal, but I thought I'd share in case this has something to do with the errors appearing in the logs. In the SugarCRM log, there is an error stating "Please go to your user profile and re save Gmail id" after the Calendar Sync process completes but before the Contacts Sync process. The error does not reappear after the Contacts Sync completes. I have tried resaving my Gmail ID in the user profile, but the errors persist in the log.
