#382 - Problem in " Manage and configure users for GSync"

When i install "Gmail and Google Sync" module, I follow the procedure as written in the installation guide. But after enabling the user and click on save button , it shows error. Written as " HTTP: 404 Not Found We're sorry but the resource you asked for cannot be found. " And when i click on "GSync Users Configuration" , it also shows error. So i want to why this error has came.

    Hi,

    Although we did not get much from above but it seams you are facing permission issues on your server. During package install may be all files are not copied properly or there are not enough permissions on files. You can communicate directly with us using our support email "support@rolustech.com" Please send us screen shot of error you facing and sugarcrm.log file. Log file can be found at root directory where your sugarcrm is installed.

    According to your email you have sent to us,you are trying to install wrong package. Download package for sugar7 and try to install that.

    But still both calender, means google calender and sugar calender are not synchronized . i already install 7.1 package .

    if you already install the new package then its very good. Make sure that you have followed all steps mentioned in sugar 7 installation guide here https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/sugar7-installation-guide.

    After performing necessary steps If you still face issues then send us your sugarcrm.log file.
