    Hi,

    we need following information about your sugar instance
    1. Sugar Ondemand or onsite?
    2. Sugar version?

    As per your settings , contacts will only be synced From Sugar to Google.
    Can you please confirm from Gmail interface by visiting this url https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?shva=1#contacts
    that you don't have any contact synced from Sugar?

    Yes I checked google contacts there arent new contacts created in sugar

    Hi,

    If this is the case then we have to check sugarcrm log file, can you please share your sugarcrm log file at support@rolustech.com so we can dig into this issue.(you can find log file at root directory of your sugar instance named as sugarcrm.log)

    I am having the exact same problem. You can see my logfile here:

    I'm looking at the timezone issue now but don't believe that's the problem as calendar syncs ok but contacts don't.

    Please help :)

    So actually, it does work when I looked again, but only from google to sugar, NOT from sugar to google which is mainly what I want (as I add most contacts using my Mac address book).

    Please help
