#3415 - Problems with Plugin on SugarCRM OnDemand instance

Closed Bug? created by kinamu 3 years ago

I've installed the Plugin on a SugarCRM on Demand Instance, Sugar Vanilla Ent.
We need to test it and make it available for a customer as soon as possible.

Unfortunatley after insallation, repair and rebuild and configuration of the plugin we get an http Error 500 Code:

According to the logs we got from sugarcrm for this instance, we get the following error:
[2017-11-13T15:28:42+00:00] [error] [host] [client] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'cache/Google_Cache.php' (include_path='/mnt/sugar/shadowed/') in /mnt/sugar/shadowed/ on line 58, referer:

[2017-11-13T15:28:42+00:00] [error] [host] [client] PHP Warning: require_once(cache/Google_Cache.php): failed to open stream: operation failed in /mnt/sugar/shadowed/ on line 58, referer:

Please advise on what to do.
