#2474 - Need to change my license

Hi,

I am a developer of a customized sugarcrm version that I am reselling to several different clients.

I bought one ten-user license, but I would rather have 10 one-user licenses to use on different instances if possible.

I have four live at the time. The plugin doesn't work and I think because I have tried to reuse this license. I have never used the max users for this plugin.

Please advise.

    Hi Julie,

    if you want to use the plugin on 10 different Sugar instances you need to get 10 licenses. For each license you will be billed on the number of users which are using the plugin.

    Also, please let us know what issues are you facing with the functionality of RT Gsync so that we can help you with it. If you can share your Sugar and Gmail login details with us at support@rolustech.com , we can do the configurations for you and look for any issues that there might be.

      So can I reduce this license to a one user license so I can purchase more licenses?

      Jumping in to help here. Yes, you can reduce your users to one user by going to your purchases at https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders. After doing that, start a trial for each of the other instances and make sure to set the user count to one on the checkout page.

    Its not working. I went to purchases. I changed the 10 to a 1 and hit 'update users' and nothing happens. I can't save the setting.

      Sorry, it looks like PayPal is not allowing this. Instead, click on the Purchase History tab on that order and then on the Quit Subscription link on the right. Then start new trials for as many instances as you need. You will then use the new license key in place of your existing for one of the trials. Do make sure to set the user count to one when you start the trials.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
