#2161 - FAKE VERSION COMPATIBILITY
Hi , You stated that this app is compatible from 6.5.7 up to 7.7
We installed this app over 6.5.22 but did not work. When we wrote to support we reiceved an answer after 96 hours where you said
" Sorry as you can see on our website app is compatible only from 6.5.7 and above"
The person who gave us the reply did not ever read properly!!
6.5.22 comes after 6.5.7 which means is newer!! So why this app doesn't run? JOKE

There must have been a mistake. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know what issue are you facing with RT GSync and we will fix that for you as soon as possible. Or if you can share your Sugar access with us (temporarily), our technical team can do the setup for you and fix any issues that there might be.
