#1569 - Trouble installing

I have attempted to install this addon multiple times now, would really like this to work for our team.
However I believe I have now corrupted the installation and would like some help to install once and for all. Please advise. Thanks in advance

    Can you Please let us know what actually the issue you are facing.? You can go through our Installation Guide in which step by step all instructions are mentioned with the help of screen shots:

    Sugar 7 Installation Guide: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/sugar7-installation-guide

    You can uninstall the package and install again. If still you face any issue please write us down.

    Hi, thanks for your response.

    When attempting to install, I get the following error.

    Including: cache/upgrades/temp/kGAWB4/scripts/pre_install.php RT GSync Package is already installed, first UnInstall it

    Although I have attempted to install in the past, I do not have the addon currently installed. The path listed in the error message does not appear to be a valid path, the files are not there.

    Not sure how to proceed? please advise, we really would like this to work for us.

    Hi,

    We firstly need your instance access to look into the issue. It seems you installed the package in past or patch on the same instance and that one is not un installed yet properly so previous one need to uninstalled first properly. We will update you once We will look into your instance for the issue so provide us following details:

    1- Sugar Instance URL 2- CPanel Access, (in case We need to access it)
