#1399 - RT GSync Doesn't Work
I installed the OnSite v6 version of the module and the RT Sync doesn't show in my user settings.

Hi Scattergood,
kindly check that the following actions have been performed :
1) Verify that under GSync "Preferences" screen, all options (Check boxes) to Sync data are checked. 2) Check that GSync related Schedulers are "Active" (under Admin Settings -> Schedulers). 3) Make sure that on your Sugar Instance "Sugar Default Schedulers" are running at regular intervals. If not, then please setup Cron Job at your server and test. If issue persists then submit a case.

I have followed your setup steps above to no avail. Here is the settings screen:

Your this image (http://i60.tinypic.com/ev9r1k.png) shows that you have not completed your installation steps correctly therefore Its obvious that your GSync wont work
Please follow following URL ALL Steps. Specially Step 8 to Onwards (Mandatory). you need to go under studio module to insert new panel for gsync, all details are mentioned in following url on step 8 to onwards
