#1359 - calender sync options greyed out
I installed RT Gsync on SugarCRM 6.5.20 on site without problem. Sync is running. However, I am not able to control it:
1st Problem: In the user options, all Calendar Sync options are checked, however the first two (Google to Sugar, Sugar to Google) and Meetings are greyed out, so no change is possible
2nd Problem: I unchecked google to sugar contacts sync, but the system anyway syncs google contacts to sugar.
Can you help?

Hi jpt,
1) The grayed out functionality will be enabled in the next version, but you can check or uncheck the Meetings,Calls and Tasks according to your requirement. 2) The issue you mentioned should not occur. We will appreciate if you double check your "GSync Preferences" and if the issue persists then please send us a snapshot at support@rolustech.com so that we can look into the issue.
