Hey,

Our sync has stopt and we get the following message in the logfiles:

03/04/15 14:46:02 [4600][1][FATAL] STARTED: Calendar sync: admin(gavinbijkersparks@gmail.com) 03/04/15 14:46:02 [4600][1][FATAL] GOOGLE-TO-SUGAR 03/04/15 14:46:02 [4600][1][FATAL] No google auth credentials saved for userID : 1 03/04/15 14:46:02 [4600][1][FATAL] Job eb416abf-a85e-920c-2b9f-54f70c3fc828 (GSync- Calendar) failed in CRON run

When I test the connection to Google I get the pop-up with the message 'Successfull'.

Can you please assist us to get this working again?

    Hi Gavin,

    It is happening with those users who has upgraded their sugar to any new version and in such case this is the recommendation to uninstall the Plugin and run Repair and Rebuild.. For your Case, We shall recommend you the same solution because your sync stopped suddenly.

    Now install it again by following all the instructions mentioned in the GSync Installation and User Guides under Documentation section.

    Also please take care of following points after successful re installation.

    1- GSync schedulers are working under your Schedulers list and cron job is all setup 2- Your Gmail Id and Password is correct for Gmail Id Authentication.
