I have Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001) and after installing Duplicate Detector i cant save any Account. I checked file permissions and everithing is fine. Pls help

    I tested mor and it seems that after adding custom field ( VAT Number) to duplicate detector i cant save any Account but if i remove the custom field from Duplicatedetector everything works fine

    i did more testing and it seems that i cant save any new Account or Contact after adding 2 or more field from that module to Dupedetector. Ex: From module Accounts i added 2 fields to dupedetector Name and VAT number . I cant save new Accounts but if i add only one field to dupedetector Name or VAT number it work fine. The same issue is for Contacts too i add Office Phone and Mobile Phone to dupedetector and i cant save any new contacts but if i only add Office Phone or Mobile Phone it works fine

    I just tested dupedetector on your server and it's not working like mine . I created a custom field named VAT Number and added it to Edit View and Default Viewe of Acount I added the fields Name and VAT Number to dupedetector but now you cant save any new Account. You can try it yourself on your demo version

      Hello, I am not able to open image. it is continuously loading. I just updated our test server with newer version. It looks good to me. I have tested on Firefox and Google Chrome too. Can you try with clearing cache ?

    I cleared the cache, i did Quick Repair/Rebuild . I stopped ISA server and delete cache folder from CRM. Cleared Browser cache , tried in Incognito mode If you want , i give you admin account to my CRM to test it

    it's driving me crazy .. i tested with admin account and test account on Google Chrome , on 3 different computers and 1 server . It's not working :-(

      That's really weird. As I show you it works on our computer too with same google browser. We can check more on other browser tomorrow.

    Sorry but i'm going crazy about this , i tried on 7 different computers Browser IE and Chrome different versions and it's not working. I tried on Windwos server 2003 IE browser , Windows server 2008 R2 IE and Chrome ...pff . Not Working :-(

    Hello , i'm in the office right now. I converted the field Fiscal Code to integer and now the field doesent show up in dupedetector. The problem still remains if i use 2 or more fields in dupedetector. I tested with Account Phone number and Name .

    We tried to generate issue many way and finally got it generated on customer computer. For now we have fixed it by disabling the ajax.

    So closing support case.
