#4630 - Internal Server Error 500
We have installed the DocuSign connector in our SugarCRM test environment (versión 11.3.0). I have successfully synchronised the templates from a demo DocuSign Developer account. However, when I select a template to send in Sugar, I receive the error message in the attachment.
The problem was not resolved by clearing the cache, cookies, or by running quick repair and rebuild.
I would appreciate any help as at the moment the connector is unusable.
