#4446 - 401 Error when setting up DocuSign plugin
Hi,
We are trying to setup the plugin that we just purchased. We are currently moving from RT Docusign, and are testing your plugin in our lab environment. We are running into an issue where we get a 401 error when we go and put in the integration key, user, and password. Here is the error we are getting:
Error Error occured while authenticating [401] Error connecting to the API (https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2/login_information) One or both of Username and Password are invalid. (USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED)
We are currently using the same integration key, and login credentials on our production SugarCRM using the RT Docusign plugin and it seems to be working. Would you be able to help us with this? You can contact me directly via e-mail at dkaramath@comwave.net.

Hi Dylan,
Thank you for showing interest in our addon. The error indicates authentication failed, which means there has to be something wrong, Can you please confirm you have selected the correct "Demo" or "Production" instance ? And the integration key? It would be best if we can have a skype or zoom meeting to see the issue. our skype id is: urdhvatech
