How can I include file urls in api

The current version available will upload files in custom/images directory defined in config_override.php and just the image name need to be passed if the images are uploaded on same server or so.
For getting external URL's working we can provide you another copy of it which will support remote URL's like from amazon s3 bucket, printscreen, imgor or any other will work from there.
