DocParser creates PDF or MS Word documents based on any record and it's related data. DocParser can be used to merge information from any module into a presentation-quality document and create an MS Word and PDF documents. The parsed document can be downloaded from both the List view and Detail view.
#4265 - Choose relationshipdata does not work
Hello,
On selecting a related module with Relationshipdata, the available fields briefly show, and then the 'drawer' closed again. Not possible to select a field from the available fields of the related module. Behaviour the same on every available related module for the base-module. It only happens on an On-Demand instance of Sugar. Local testinstance does not have this problem. Tested with Sugar Enterprise 9.2 (On-Demand), Sugar Enterprise 9.0(Local Install).

Hello, Thanks for the quick response. This version loaded successfully. The reason for picking up the most recent version was because the issue of call 4265 and 4426 was introduced again on version 1.6 in combination with the current Sugarversio Sugar Ent version 10.2.0.
Testing with version 1.9 does not resolve this issue. We did do a repair. When choosing a relationshiptype in the PDF-editor, the drawer for fieldselect opens briefly and than closed again. Same behaviour as reported in the supportcall 4265 and 4426.
