#3963 - Issue with upgrade
We recently upgraded our onsite sugar instance from 7.5 to 8.0.2 but we are receiving a 500 error randomly that appears to be from the plugin. We installed the newest version of the plugin from SugarOutfitters. Also, the labels on the Administrator page don't seem to be working correctly. The Version of plugins is 2018-05-25 12:09

Hi, Please check what do you have there on CRM-server file system: -your-CRM_home_directory-\custom\Extension\application\Ext\Language\
You should have there 2 files: - \custom\Extension\application\Ext\Language\en_us.Vedisoft.AIOC.php - \custom\Extension\application\Ext\Language\ru_RU.Vedisoft.AIOC.php
If you don't have there these 2 files and you have there 2 folders with the same names intead ("en_us.Vedisoft.AIOC.php\" and "ru_RU.Vedisoft.AIOC.php\") then please do the following: 1. download the archinve http://office.vedisoft.ru/__files/aioc-folder-langfiles-fix.zip 2. unzip it and copy to home folder of your CRM 3. delete all these folders (12 folders): custom\Extension\application\Ext\Language\en_us.Vedisoft.AIOC.php\ custom\Extension\application\Ext\Language\ru_RU.Vedisoft.AIOC.php\

Thank you! I believe I was able to fix it by placing all of the flies in the zip file in the appropriate directories and removing the two folders that you indicated. Thank you so much and have a great day!
