#3596 - Error connection sugarCrm to Panasonic
Hello, I had to reinstall the plugin because I just got approval to buy it, but already configured I see an error in the browser:
Firefox can not establish a connection to the server at ws: //192.168.11.105: 10150 /? CID = MTIz & CT = sugarcrm & GID = 158 & PhoneNumber = 158 & BroadcastEventsMask = 0 & BroadcastGroup = & PzProtocolVersion = 1.

Hello, first I tried with [removed] (plugin license) and it did not work, then with the code of the documentation [removed] and it does not work either

Hi, There are two licenses: - one license is for CRM - another license is fo PBX-connector
PBX-connector license for Panasonic was deactivated. Now it is active again. According to Jason's words CRM licese is good as well. So just please try again by restarting PBX-connector service.
