Hello, I just installed the plugin to connect to a panasonic headset, the connector and the monitor works normal but in sugar calls are not recorded or incoming call notifications are shown, I followed the manual but I do not know what is missing.

    Hi, 1. First of all let's check that your CTI-connector runs and you can get access to it from your browswer: * Please open this URL in your browswer: http://192.168.11.153:10150/ You should get 403 error (forbidden).

    Pay attention that connection with CTI-connector is between your browser and 192.168.11.153 (but nor between your CRM-server and 192.168.11.153)

    If you get this error, then I make screenshot with browser console events after click-to-call. If you don't this error, you should fix it first (make sure you have access by TCP on port 10150 from your browser to your PBX-connector AND make sure PBX-connector service is running)

    2. Send me your configuration file (config.txt) and last few logs (cel_prostiezvonki{DATE-TIME}.log

      It looks like you don't have All-In-One CTI javascript files included.

      Did you run Repair JS Files? (you can run it via AIOC Settings or via admin->Repair). If it does not help, clean cache in your browser. If it does not help, right in browser console in command line pz (and send me this screenshot)

    An additional query, the pbx connector requires another license to use? what is the cost?

      1. Regarding screenshot - everything looks just perfect. Did you get incoming call on your 158 extension? FYI:

        • when you make click-to-call, you should first get incoming call.
        • After you pick-up the phone (answer the call), PBX makes outcoming call to clicked phonenumber. So if you get incoming call after click-to-call, then everything works. If you don't, then make one more click-to-call, send me log file from your PBX connector and tell me when exactly (what is the time) and what number you dial.
      2. Regarding license - you have to pay only 699USD. This cost includes both - CRM-module and PBX-connector.
