Hi is there a way we could get this same information starting from the contact.
i.e. we have a few contacts that run multiple companies. and possibly sub companies. Your app is great, but we can only view one branch of companies at a time. We would like to view it from the contact down if possible.

The architecture of our module does not allow that easily. Let me check if that would be possible. Is that the exact same contact (i.e. same record id) linked to multiple companies?

Yes exactly. Essentially the same thing as what you have. but from contacts.
Maybe a breakdown of cases as well? total cases, opened, pending, closed.. etc..
Probably pushing my luck there but seems like a great feature.

Actually, adding support for cases would be relatively easy. We should add that in next version.

How much would it cost to have this developed so that you can have the top view as the contact and from there probe the Accounts. Some of our clients may have 3 or 4 seperate businesses and we want to view how much that "Contact" is worth to us.
