#3692 - Do I have to uninstall the previous version of this product before installing the new one?
I had originally purchased this product from you back in 2015 when it was a one-time fee. I see that you have now change it to an annual fee so I purchased a subscription. Do I need to uninstall the previous version before I install the new version? I'm assuming that I will have to redo the masking setup for each module and that there is no way to automatically update it with the new subscription installation. Please advise. Thank you!

Hello,
We recommend you can install the new version over the old one. This ways you will keep your mask configurations on the new version of the module. Please follow the installation instructions and most importantly the repair phase at the end. You can find the documentation here : Installation Guide
