    For example : Phone number : (41) 8854-6964 to make the mask ? I'm putting (99) 9999-9999 , is it?

    We have tested tour pattern and it works properly. However, be careful that you follow all the steps of the installation process and especially the repair steps in order. Once the installation and repair process is finished, only then deploy your patterns in the module's administration screen.

    It is difficult to identify why you have these issues.

    The module has been installed,validated and tested on a standard Sugar 7.6.0.0 using the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome browsers.

      Hello,

      We followed these steps :

      • perform repair like the documentation says: Repair Sugar Logic then Rebuild JS Grouping and then Quick Repair and Rebuild
      • set up the mask on the field throws the management interface available at the bottom of the admin page
      • full refresh of the browser with erasing cache

      Now when we try to create a contact we can the the related mask on the phone field, that works perfectly for us.
