Field Mask will be your greatest ally in formatting your SugarCRM data. This module improves the reliability of your data and saves time for your whole team by allowing you to use input templates to your information fields (zip code, phone number, etc.).
We have tested tour pattern and it works properly. However, be careful that you follow all the steps of the installation process and especially the repair steps in order. Once the installation and repair process is finished, only then deploy your patterns in the module's administration screen.
I installed again and followed all the steps , but does not. My version is 7.6. The module was installed but not working . You have any suggestions of what might be happening ?

The latest version I installed and appear on my Sugar , but I think I'm setting wrong.
For example : Phone number : (41) 8854-6964 to make the mask ? I'm putting (99) 9999-9999 , is it?
It does not change the field. My version is 7.5.2.2 - Professional Ondemand

It is difficult to identify why you have these issues.
The module has been installed,validated and tested on a standard Sugar 7.6.0.0 using the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome browsers.
If you cannot make it work on your system, you should still be eligible for a refund (30 days money back guarantee).
