Hello,
There is no version compatible with Sugar 10.X. With the introduction by Sugar of Dasboard management the maintenance of the module has been stopped. We currently do not have a plan to update the module, but we are keeping it active for clients on older versions of Sugar.
To answer your second question, there are no new features as there is no new release.

Thanks for the response. If I check on the support tab of your website for the Syno dashboards support versions it shows they are 7.2.2.0 to 10.0.1 - Please, could you update that to reflect that version 10 is not supported?

The module is compatible to Sugar 9.0, we changed the supported versions on the page.
