#3931 - Trying to uninstall -- breaks Sugar instance.
We no longer use Syno Dashboard Templates, and I was planning on uninstalling it on my production instance. As always, I tested first on my developer instance, and I chose to uninstall + chose to delete tables when Sugar asked me. Afterward, the instance would not load. The browser simply gives an HTTP ERROR 500, "Page isn't working."
I got the dev instance functioning again, and tried once more. This time, I chose to "Disable" the module from the Module Loader instead of uninstalling, and once again the instance is broken and will not load just like before.
Why is this happening and how can I safely uninstall this module?

Forgot to mention: we are using Sugar on-premise and version 7.7.2.0.

Hi
What is your exact Dashboard Manager version ? Do you made an upgrade of Sugar since you installed module ? For more informations about your issue you send us your Sugar log file to sugaroutfitters@synolia.com with approx. date of 500 errors.
You can also look at this thread, seems a same issue as you : https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/support/SynoDashboardTemplates/3139

In Module Loader I see two installed SynoDashboardTemplates extensions. One is version 20141224, the other is version 20170223.
I don't believe I have upgraded the Sugar instance since the latest installation of SynoDashboard.

Ok I am reading through this thread now. This is very unfortunate and seems like a lot of work just to uninstall. :(

Hi
2 modules installed is not a normal thing.
You have to manually uninstall the 2 modules on a stagging version first, you can find how to uninstall on the thread.
After uninstall, make a repair and test your Sugar.
