#3423 - Error when try to launch a Dashboard
Hello.
I'm getting an error when tryinG to launch a Dashboard. Previously after selecting the user (after loading dashboard data), it displays a success confirmation , but now it just says "Error".
Please advise.

To be able to analyse the problem we will need some info about your system environment. Can you please specify the versions of Sugar and Dashboard Templates module that are installed? Have you recently upgraded your Sugar instance?

Hello,
No upgrade was done recently, Sugar version : SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 7.8.2.2 (Build 50) SynoDashboardTemplates version 20170424

I have upgraded Sugar to 7.9.2.0 and Dashboard Name is missing for all the Dashboard Template records.
Can you please help ?

Hello,
You can try to reinstall the module to fix this. Sometimes after a Sugar upgrade some of the field definitions are not migrated properly. To reinstall, first uninstall the modoule but keep the database tables when asked. Then download the latest version of the module from the purchases page on your SugarOutfitters account and install it using the module loader. Please follow all the instructions found in the documentation for the installation.
