#3208 - Syno Dashboard plugin

Closed Bug? created by shah.zilani 4 years ago

Hi,

I need to purchase this plugin for another client. They were also using it for 7.6 version. Now, they want the new plugin for 7.8

My question is-

I already have the package for 7.8 in my purchase list. Can I use the same package for the other client? Please help.

Regards, Shah

    Hello,

The plugin that you have is actually 1 licence for 1 server (production, staging and development all count as 1 if for the same instance of Sugar). To answer your question, if you need the module for another client, you (or the client) will have to subscribe for a new licence (new subscription) for each new client.

    Kind regards, Synolia Support

      Hi,

I need to buy a new plugin. But I think I will get a 200 USD voucher as the client is already using the old plugin.

Can you give me the voucher code? Or can I purchase this now and you will refund me that 200 dollar in my card later?

      Regards, Shah

      Hi,

I need your help. I at first install the new purchased plugin on the stage instance. It works fine. Then in live, I have uninstalled the old plugin and then tried to install the new plugin. the plugin was imoprted correctly but when I click install it is getting timed out and giving http 500 internal server error.

      What can go wrong?

I can see the old schedulers for Syno dashboard which was added when we install the last plugin. why they were not removed when it was uninstalled? Is this causing an issue?

The stage instance and live instance are in different server. Is this causing any issue?

      Regards, Shah

      Hello Shah,

The 500 internal server error is a server side error. To find more details about why it happened you will need to look in the php and apache error logs when the error is triggered. In some cases, we had reports of the uninstall failing after multiple Sugar upgrades. It is usually linked to files not being properly deleted at uninstall. It all depends on what the log says. We recommend you check the log and with the module uninstalled find and remove any obsolete files (of the module) that might still be in your Sugar files.

Let us know how it worked out and if we can assist you.

      Kind regards, Synolia Support

    Hi,

I gave my card details to purchase it. But it has 30 days trial period. Why it is charged already?

      Hi Shah,

Hopping in to help here. The Dashboard Template Deployer doesn't have a trial option, but it is still backed with our 30 day guarantee. If you try it out and find that it doesn't fit your needs just contact us using the Contact link in the footer of this page within the first 30 days and we will refund the purchase.

      Thanks, Jason Eggers SugarOutfitters
