Received an error on Sugar On Demand 7.7 deployment _"Field Render Failed" -Unable to render the undefined field contact technical support. I sent an e-mail last week ? need to confirm issue please ? We had previously paid for a server based installation on our premises.

    Please provide us with your Sugar version and the Dashboard Template module version. Depending on your case, you can also try to reinstall the module. Keep the module's tables when reinstalling, that way you will still have your templates after reinstalling.

      Thank you for your response. Sugar Build is: About SugarCRM Enterprise, Version (Build 23) How do I know what version your dashboard deployer module is?

      Can you furnish detailed instructions for the reinstall per your recommendation please?

    You can find the version in Administration > Module Loader, in the list of installed modules.

    Before uninstalling please check you have the latest version installed 20170223. If not, please co to your SugarOutfitters account and download the latest version. Now go to Administration > Module Loader and just install this version over the old one. Sugar will detect it's an update and do the necessary actions.

    To uninstall go to Administration > Module Loader, click on the uninstall button. On the next screen you will be asked if you want to remove module tables. Keep them, they contain your dashboards. You can now install the same package again and follow the steps present in the documentation for installing the module. Documentation
