Look likes problem in custom layout "syno-deploy", when I use standard layout "selection-list" then it's loading properly. Code file :** modules/SYNO_DashboardTemplates/clients/base/fields/syno-dashboard-deploy/syno-dashboard-deploy.js**

Thanks for the info, we'll look into this. Can you tell us the number of active users on your SugarCRM instance, as the select list drawer is directly linked to this info?

Currently it's DEV instance, means only one user is active.

We didn't have this type of issue with the current version. May you check your internal error log and also try to upgrade to the latest version of Sugar ?
