#2425 - Unable to Edit and Save Dashboard

In version 7.7.1.0 of Sugar using the version of the plugin that is compatible with Sugar 7.7, we are unable to save dashboards. If you edit an existing dashboard and click save, nothing happens. Also if you create a new dashboard and click save, nothing happens.

    Hi,

    What do you mean by "edit a dashboard"? Are you speaking about a dashboard page or a dashboard template ? Which version of the Dashboard Manager do you use?

    We are unable to edit a dashboard page. The version of the manager is 20160510.

      Hi,

      Do you use our feature "dashboard blocked" on this user? If you you can disable it to check if the problem come from that. You can also check if any queries must be execute at the bottom of the result page for a Quick Repair and Rebuild.

      On a standard Sugar 7.7.1.0 instance we haven't this type of problem and we can edit, create and delete dashboards. May be you can provide us more details on how to reproduce this problem with screenshots?
