#2284 - How identify different records with the same status
Using Sugar 7.5.2 with this dashboard template deployer
Our customer service dept. needs a visual of cases that have been set to "in progress" that they have not worked on
for example: the tech needs information from the customer so they set the case to "pending customer input"
The customer then responds and provides the requested information there is a hook in place that will take the inbound email and update the status back to "in progress"
they need that case identified so they know they need to work on it.
So my question is how does this plugin interact with the view and where in the mess of sugarCRM directories does that take place. I noticed that this plugin creates several tables. Do those interact with the views already available in sugar and then create custom views in each dashlet? How can I identify the records I need to make a visual identifier on using this plugin?
