#1993 - Deployed Reports Not Capturing All Data
We are using Synolia Dashboard Manager (purchased from DataSync).
I understand the limitation about not being able to use certain types of reports when deploying a dashboard. But I have two reports one for phone calls made by sales reps the other for meeting made by sales reps. They are set up identical except for the Sugar module being used to pull data.
The issue is that the Meetings report shows all of the Sales Rep Groups BUT the Phone Call report only shows the class of the current user. I have tried everything. Taking apart reports, rebuilding them, changing Admin Access permissions, but now I have everything exactly the same except for, again, the module being pulled from. On the deployed dashboard, one report is correct showing all the sales reps and their meetings, the other report only shows the current users dashboard.
Do you have any ideas why this is happening??

We have tried to reproduce the 2 reports and their deployment. We created the reports using the admin user and also deployed the reports on 2 dashlets on the homepage dashboard.
Then we used the admin user as source for the dashboard template. Once the template data is loaded with the admin's dashboard and dashlets we deployed it to the user jim (default demo data used).
As you can see, the 2 dashboards are identical and they have been properly deployed. Maybe you have limited acces set for the calls report and, considering that SugarCRM security applies, the result is empty...
