Ive spoken to our provider Provident and they tell me that we need to ask you to resend the installer suitable for a user on Sugars cloud.

Thank you for your feedback. There was indeed an extra file that should have not been present in the archive. The package has been corrected and the module has been updated. Please download the latest version of the package and retry the installation.

thanks, have re-installed and now it is showing on the Admin screen at the bottom as per instructions. It wont let me click on it tho...goes nowhere...

ive tried un-installing and then re-installing and now its showing as: LBL_SYNODASHBOARDMANAGER_TITLE LBL_SYNODASHBOARDMANAGER_TITLE LBL_SYNODASHBOARDMANAGER_INFOS Not a clickable link.

You need to follow all the installation steps from the documentation and be sure to refresh the browser cache before clicking on the link.

Ive done that and tested it on two separate machines. Cleared cache - can someone please help me as getting a bit frustrated now. Im happy to do a screenshare with you. The wait in between replies is really holding me up! Or can someone call me on 044 333 322628 please.
