#1403 - Deploying dashboards with saved filters isn't working
I have created a filter for Cases assigned to Support - it looks correct on my dashboard, I upload the template and deploy it to the users in the Support team and that dashlet has to be reconfigured, it isn't holding the filter: Mine: http://screencast.com/t/5Txalefv Deployed: http://screencast.com/t/OYxA9j3ngOhF Thanks! We managed to reproduce the behaviour you mentioned by using the same browser on the same computer. If this your case as well, it's just a matter of the cache usage. The browser cache has to be cleaned (emptied) between different user connects on the same machine.
After deploying the template, logout with the administrator user, clean the cache (usually CTRL+R) and only then reconnect with the target user.
