#932 - Updated Sugar target list not reflected in MailChimp list

We've installed SugarChimp onto our instance of SugarCRM Professional 7.2.0 (self-hosted). I was able to successfully sync an existing Sugar target list with a new MailChimp list. However, I have since added contacts to the Sugar target list, and am not seeing these contacts in MailChimp. The scheduler has run a number of times, and the 'Pending to MailChimp' section of the SugarChimp health status shows all zeroes.

    Hi James, thanks for the feedback. I can help you with this.

    If the scheduler is running without error and the 'Pending to MailChimp' section is zeroed out, then anyone new that you've added has been processed. There are a few reasons why contacts don't always make it over to MailChimp. Give those a look here to make sure it's not one of these reasons: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/my-sugar-and-mailchimp-list-counts-do-not-match

    If all looks good there, I would check your sugarcrm log. You can search the sugarcrm log for the email address of the contact you're expecting to show up in MailChimp. If any errors occurred during the sync, they will show up there.

    Give these things a look and let me know what you find. If we need to have a quick screenshare, I'd be happy to do so.

    Another thing to check... if you go to the module loader and it says you have SugarChimp 7.1.1m or 7.1.1l (that's the letter 'L') - we just found a bug in those specific versions that may have prevented your contacts to be added. Simply download the latest package from your purchases page and install it over the current version (no need to uninstall the current version). https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders

      Ok thanks, it looks like I do have v7.1.1l, so I'll install the newest package and see if that resolves the issue.
