Hi Fletch, I can't duplicate the issue. We've been on-demand compatible for quite a while now. Are you sure you're using the download from your orders page: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/members/fletchoss/orders
It is SugarChimp-7.0.16.zip. It does include a zip file. Be sure to upload the zip file and do not unzip the the zip file first.

Definitely used that package but I have downloaded again. Now can't upload the damn thing as on-demand is timing out. I'll have to wait until tomorrow AM when the upload will work.

Got it, sounds like something odd is going on. What version and edition of Sugar are you running?
