#618 - Mailchimp Subscriber not updating after changes made in Sugar

Hello,

I have successfully mapped all fields and everything sync when the contact is initially added into Sugar. However, if I change any of the fields, nothing is updated in Mailchimp. I'm not using any dropdown lists, they are Text Fields.

    Hi Stephen, whenever the changes are made on the Sugar side it is put in a queue to be processed. Every 5 minutes the queue is processed by the SugarChimp scheduler.

    Are you sure the SugarChimp scheduler is active?

    If so, now that some time has passed do you see the updates in MailChimp?

    If no, are there any errors in the sugarcrm.log file?

    If this doesn't get us anywhere, let me know and we can setup a time for a quick screenshare to get it all straightened out for you.
