Hi

I've just installed 7.0.7 and now whenever I try and click on an account record I get the error message:

There was an error processing your request, please try again at a later time. If this error persists, please have your administrator disable Ajax for this module

Are you aware of any workarounds for this since it has made our Sugar instance unusable?

    Hi Tim, I haven't heard of SugarChimp causing this error yet. Is it happening when you click the "SugarChimp" module tab at the top? Or is it for anything you click?

    There's a Sugar issue where if you click the "SugarChimp" module tab, you will see the error you describe. Links you click after that may receive the same error. If this is the case, basically just don't click the "SugarChimp" module tab. If/When this happens, logout and log back in to clear the issue.

    If you're seeing something else, try the following:

    Are you seeing any errors in the Sugar log file? (if your Sugar instance is onsite see sugarcrm.log in the root directory. If not, go to "Admin" > "System Settings" and click "View Log" at the very bottom)

    If nothing is showing up in the logs, if you uninstall SugarChimp does the issue go away?

    I'm happy to jump on a call/screenshare tomorrow to discuss further. Let me know some times that work for you if you'd like to.
