I used your module with filters in the past but recently I can't after I migrated the sugar version to 12.1 SELL (cloud) and the latest SugarChimp plugin..

I encounter issues about filter operators and navigation bar.

The basic filter operators (equals, not equals) work but the custom (empty, not empty) don't display in the list.

For the navigation bar, after uninstalling or disabling sugarchimp, the home button doesn't display correctly : it disappears when we select an entity and It displays on left of the search bar in home page.

This does not occur on instances without SugarChimp.

    Happy to help. In regards to the filters, I haven't been able to replicate this issue. Can you tell me more about where you're encountering this? Are you referring to viewing data within the Mailchimp Activities module or are you encountering this when you are setting up your Sync Settings or somewhere else? Any screenshots you have may also help identify the issue.

    In regards to the home button, can you follow the steps below and let me know if it resolves this issue?

    1. From Sugar Admin, click Display Modules and Subpanels
    2. Uncheck Allow users to select modules to appear in the navigation bar
    3. Click Save

    Return to the homepage and see if the icon re-appears. If so, you can return to Display Modules and Subpanels and re-check the box and save.

      Dear support,

      For start, thanks for your handlings about the home button. The issue is resolved.

      After many tests for the filters, when I delete the files mailchimprating.php & disable/mailchimprating.php within custom/clients/base/filters/operators, the filter displays again. I need to know if deleting this files can impact the use of your module. Can you, please, guarantee me deleting this files don't disturb the good use of your module ?
