#4631 - Testing SugarChimp in a new environment

Hello, We already have a SugarChimp account (though it's a bit confusing, as we bought it through suitecrm.com, not sure how that relates). We are updating our instance of SuiteCRM in a test environment, so we can work out the kinks there, and need to include SugarChimp in that process. So I guess the question is: how do we install and setup SugarChimp just for testing, without having to buy a whole new account. Or, can we install it in two different places with one account?

    Thanks for reaching out. We sell SugarChimp on both the SuiteCRM Store and SugarOutfitters. I do see your account on the SuiteCRM Store: https://store.suitecrm.com/

    Your SugarChimp license includes installing SugarChimp on one live instance and one test instance so you are free to install the latest version into your new test instance of SuiteCRM. I recommend logging into your account on https://store.suitecrm.com/ and obtaining the latest version of SugarChimp from there. If you're not sure how to log in, you can either contact the SuiteCRM Store support or send us an email at mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com and I'll be happy to provide the email address that the integration purchase is under.
